MY PLEDGE TO SOUTHLAKE CITIZENS

In alignment with the City’s stated values, I pledge:

  • I will continue adherence to and promote the values of Southlake. 
     

  • I will at all times exhibit integrity and be worthy of the public’s trust in all things. 
     

  • I will deal honestly and respectfully with others and the public at all times. 
     

  • I will promote innovation and value progressive thinking, creativity and adaptability in service delivery to Southlake’s citizens.
     

  • I will take accountability and personal responsibility for my actions or inaction while putting the taxpayer first. 
     

  • I will demonstrate a commitment to excellence characterized by the quality of my work and the diligence with which it is carried out. 
     

  • I will proactively seek to solve the problems within the City and ensure responsiveness to its citizens. 
     

  • I will recognize the importance of teamwork – working together to meet the needs of Southlake citizens, communicating clearly and sharing resources and information freely.
